2008 QMA APPLICATIONS
The 2008 QMA applications are available. There is a section on the back of the application which needs to be completed. Above where the member(s) would sign, there is a place for you to list all drivers on your application. Please remember to do this or the application will be returned to you. You are not required to send in the driver's birth certificate if QMA has one on file. Handlers who are still in possession of their badges do not need to send in a 1x1 picture. If your badge has been lost, you will need to send in a picture.
Here are a couple of reminders about QMA Memberships:
A. Regular Memberships - are family memberships including husband, wife and all
drivers under the age of 18 years old and a member of that immediate family
who all live in the same household.
B. Alternate Handlers - are not included in a family membership unless they live in
the same house and are at 16 years of age.
C. Associate Memberships - are available to persons not owning a race car and
who do not plan on participating in quarter midget racing.
Once you have completed the front and back portions on each page of the application, the following items need to be submitted:
1. QMA Application
2. Yearly Fee ($150-Regular, $100-Alternate Handlers, and $75-Associate)
3. Concession Fee of $80 (which can be earned back)
4. 1x1 photo - *NEW MEMBERS, or lost their badge or changed clubs
5. Driver's birth certificate *NEW MEMBERS ONLY* QMA APPLICATIONS
